I don't just look at property as lifeless buildings or numbers on a spreadsheet. I truly see property as an opportunity to provide people with wonderful homes, and businesses with bases to flourish. Whether it's residential flips, HMOs, BTLs, or commercial permitted developments - I concern myself with how the end-user will benefit from the final result. I do this whilst ensuring the numbers stack up on the deal - whether i'm developing properties for myself or one of my investors - I ensure the returns align with the investment goals.
