About the founder

I have spent the last 15 years helping businesses shape their strategy and transform their digital presence, as one of the UK’s leading user-focussed digital consultants. What always drove me was a passion for solving problems, deeply understanding clients and their customers, and turning those insights into exceptional experiences. After selling the company alongside my fellow partners I’ve turned my attention to property, taking that same people-first mindset into every property venture.

Why I do property

I believe every building has a story.

Property isn’t just a transaction or a set of figures on a spreadsheet - it’s a chance to create something meaningful. I focus on transforming spaces into places people are proud to call home, and helping businesses secure environments where they can grow and succeed.

From flips and HMOs to buy-to-lets and commercial projects, my approach always starts with the end user in mind. How will this space improve someone’s daily life? How will it support a business to thrive?

At the same time, strong fundamentals matter. I ensure every project I am involved in makes financial sense. Whether I’m investing personally or working on behalf of investors, I ensure each opportunity is structured to deliver great returns that match clear, defined goals.

Training

I've invested in over £75k worth of training courses and mentorship, as well as having hands-on experience with my own projects and joint ventures. Some of the property development titans I’ve been fortunate to have been mentored by include Kam Dovedi (Premier Property), and Jamie York (Aspire Property Group). Having spent 100s of hours with experts who are leading the way in ethical property development and developing at scale, I was ready to begin my own journey to great success.

An example of this was a three-bed semi-detached property flip in Letchworth Garden City (see case study). Such was the success of the project, BBC featured it on Homes Under The Hammer in February 2026. Onabanjo Properties self-sourced and purchased the property for £288k - and flipped it for £460k within 6 months achieving a 26% ROI and a pre-tax profit of £94k.
